Through my diverse and varied tasks, I was always guided thoroughly by my mentors. Thanks to the open-door policy at Best<\/span>IP<\/span>, I never had the feeling that I was being thrown in at the deep end, despite the sometimes very challenging tasks. When preparing for the oral exam, I realized that my mentors had chosen my tasks carefully and with a particular focus on the second state exam.
