Professional liability insurance:

BEST Rechtsanwälte maintains professional liability insurance with HDI Versicherung AG for the attorneys (Rechtsanwälte) working for the firm. The geographical scope of the insurance coverage includes activities worldwide and at least meets the requirements of Sections 51, 51a of the Federal Lawyers’ Act (BRAO).
