Attorney (m/f/d) in the field of Intellectual Property

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an attorney (m/f/d) in the field of Intellectual Property with a special focus on trademarks, designs, domains, copyright and unfair competition – ideally with litigation experience.

Your work will involve representing national and international clients and will be characterized by a high degree of internationality. You will communicate with clients and colleagues in nearly all countries of the world.

The qualification to hold judicial office in accordance with Section 5(1) of the German Judiciary Act (Deutsches Richtergesetz, DRiG) is necessarily required for an employment.

In addition, you should have a very good, business fluent knowledge of the English language and enjoy a challenging job. The admission to the legal profession in the Federal Republic of Germany in accordance with Section 12 of the Federal Code for Lawyers (Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung, BRAO) at the time of hiring is desirable but not a prerequisite.

Paralegal (m/f/d) / Legal Assistant (m/f/d) in the field of Intellectual Property

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Paralegal (m/f/d) / Legal Assistant (m/f/d) in the field of Intellectual Property with a special focus on trademarks and designs.

Your work will involve independent trademark and design management, including correspondence with national and international clients and colleagues, electronic file management, deadline management and the organization and structuring of large amounts of data in our professional file management software. You will support in client matters and be responsible for the efficient organization of our back office in a globally active law firm.

The successful professional formation as a Legal Assistant or a Foreign Language Correspondent, a comparable qualification or several years of experience as a Trademark/Design Paralegal is generally required for an employment – as is a minimum knowledge of the German language corresponding to level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). However, employment is also possible as a career changer for people with a talent for organization, a high degree of self-expectation, quality consciousness, independent work ethic and enthusiasm for our profession.

A very good knowledge of English is a prerequisite and other foreign language skills are an advantage.
