At this year’s DIVERSITY Conference, a pivotal event for diversity in the workplace, our law firm was represented by Brigitta Best from the management team. The conference took place from November 6 to 8 in Berlin and also in a digital format, focusing on future challenges and opportunities in diversity management.
Under the theme “Mission DIVERSITY – What We Need Now!”, the event addressed topics like age diversity, ethnic origins, gender diversity, and the inclusion of people with diverse physical and mental abilities. The goal was to identify practical solutions and methods for everyday organizational life.
