We are pleased to announce the successful completion of Simon Knoll’s contribution to the forthcoming publication of Beck’s “Formularbuch Sportrecht”, a practice book containing forms for practitioners in the field of sports rights, edited by Prof. Dr. Martin Schimke, Of Counsel at Bird & Bird Düsseldorf and Judge at the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) in Lausanne.
Mr. Knoll had the honour of assisting the publisher and Dr Schimke, together with other contributors, in the preparation and finalisation of the work, thereby gaining a not inconsiderable insight into the largely unknown field of sports law.
We are particularly pleased that the work, with large chapters on media and licences as well as on sports events and event management, among others, will also be of importance for our services in counselling our clients.
